You’ll be working hand in hand with the Social Value team while you develop your skills. Reporting to the Social Value Manager, you’ll gain hands on experience of planning and monitoring social value activity. You’ll have a lot of variety in your work so it’s important you have a curious and open mindset.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with the social value team to support established projects, giving you the opportunity to shape communities through driven social value activities.
• Support internal colleagues and external stakeholders to plan social value activity and meet targets for Social Value.
• Record social value activity using internal and external databases and systems.
• Provide general admin support for the Social Value team and support the team with their busy workload.
• Learn how to research and produce local needs analysis to inform our Social Value offering.
• Support planning and delivery of social value activities in different settings.
• Generate marketing and social media with content and help promote social value activity.
• Support the team to create social impact reports.
• Regularly meet with Line Manager to agree work objectives and provide updates on progress.
• Must be able to complete Level 4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Apprenticeship Standard over 20 months.
• We are a national organisation and there will be some travel/overnight stays.

Qualifications required:

• 5 GCSEs minimum grade 4/C (including English Language and Maths) or equivalent.
• A/levels or BTEC Level 3 qualification
