Fusion21 retains gold Investors in People accreditation
We are delighted to share that we’ve retained our gold level Investors in People (IIP) accreditation, recognising our commitment to investing in the development of our employees.
IIP is an international standard for people management, recognising organisations who provide exceptional leadership and support to enable staff to thrive.
To achieve the accreditation, we underwent a rigorous evaluation of our people management practices, including our leadership, strategy, learning and development and performance management. Information was gathered by IIP assessors and included feedback from our employees.
Feedback from IPP highlighted that Fusion21 continues to be a fantastic place to work, performing highly in areas of leading and inspiring people; living our values; continuous improvement and creating sustainable success. IIP also recognised the positive impact we are having on sector and community initiatives year on year, delivering social value you can see through procurement with purpose, in addition to the investments made through the Fusion21 Foundation.
Mark Chadwick, Group Executive Director (Business Services) at Fusion21 said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to retain gold level accreditation from Investors in People.
