Mochamad is a strategic procurement lead with over 15 years’ experience in category management, strategic sourcing, and public sector procurement. With a background in construction and built environment procurement, he has successfully led high-value procurement programmes, developed innovative sourcing strategies, and driven transformational change across both the NHS and housing sectors.

As Head of Sourcing, Mochamad oversees Fusion21’s framework sourcing programme, ensuring compliant and market leading procurement solutions that deliver value for money, social impact, and innovation. He works closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies that support Fusion21’s members and supply chain partners.

A chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) since 2011, Mochamad is committed to continuous professional development and upholding best practice in procurement governance, risk management, and supply chain optimisation. His expertise spans public procurement regulations, framework development, category management, and strategic supplier collaboration.

Outside of work, Mochamad is a keen cyclist and enjoys playing badminton regularly.
