Miia is the director of MGH Performance Ltd, a specialist consultancy helping companies and their leaders to create high growth sales and marketing strategies.

Miia is working with various clients particularly within the HealthTech and eCommerce. She has a holistic view of marketing and sales as one entity and facilitates conversations between teams to increase productivity.

Prior to setting up her own business, Miia has worked for more than 17 years in senior sales and marketing roles at Walt Disney, Nokia and Microsoft with specialisms in key account and stakeholder management. Miia has also led several sales transformation and change management projects including people, process and tool development to create high performing sales and marketing teams.

Originally from Finland, Miia has lived in Germany, Australia and Hong Kong, before settling in the UK. An advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, she is especially interested in how this can influence and drive innovation. Miia has a Master’s degree in Economics from Aalto University Business School in Helsinki, and coaching qualifications from Academy of Executive Coaching in London.
