We are due to re tender our Grounds Maintenance Framework and would like to give you the opportunity to become a supplier on the new framework.  The opportunity to apply only presents itself every 4 years.

The framework covers all types of sites including office parks, grass verges, car parks, estates, parks, gardens, leisure facilities and training facilities, plus sporting and recreational facilities such as parks, playgrounds, football pitches and cricket fields. Typical contract values are £300k.

Applying for the framework is free and there are no annual fees. We do charge a fee for each project awarded under the framework and we are open and transparent about the cost. We aim to run a simple tender process that helps contractors and Member to manage risks through the process.
