Decarbonisation

This framework can support you to deliver against a zero-carbon agenda and builds upon the renewable and energy efficient solutions we already have available.

Key Information

Scope of Framework

A fabric first approach which will support the design and delivery of energy efficiency measures, combining contracts that can deliver thermal fabric improvements, heating & renewables, power & building management systems and improvement works.

Decarbonisation

Features and Benefits

Appointed suppliers are PAS2035:2019 compliant and Trustmark accredited, and the framework can be accessed using all of the existing public sector funding options, for example phase 3 of the Local Authority Decarbonisation Scheme.

Provides geographical coverage across the UK down to a regional and local level.

Whether incorporated into existing asset management strategies or applied to complex multi-measure schemes, this framework will help you develop your own net zero roadmap, reducing emissions and maximising cost savings.

Call-off options enable either a direct award - in order to meet tight project delivery timescales, or further competition.

Social value delivery aligned to organisational priorities.

Framework start date: 31/01/2022
