London resident secures career pathway thanks to Fusion21 supplier Ridge and Partners

Fusion21 supplier Ridge and Partners LLP gave unemployed London resident Rory Coltart the chance to begin a career, thanks to a contract procured through our Consultants Framework, by our member London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

As part of the contract, Ridge worked alongside the council and charity Shaw Trust to provide a local resident with an exciting job role as a Social Value Administrator.

Following support from the National Careers Service and Shaw Trust to update his CV and find this opportunity, 27-year-old Rory completed a successful interview process and was appointed.

Rory has since been promoted to the role of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Apprentice (Level 4). He said: “As I didn’t go to university, I wouldn’t normally have applied for a job with a top firm like Ridge. There’s a clear path for internal progression here, and I want to push my career into their social value work and get stuck in with the community.”
